Currently, Quarry Homecare offers comprehensive training to all domiciliary staff. We’re committed to supporting our team every step of the way, so they can deliver the best possible care to our clients.
All of our staff complete a comprehensive Induction Training Programme, progressing through a series of workbooks, assessments and work place observations, which are designed to demonstrate their understanding and appreciation of all areas of service delivery.
We understand the immense value of mentorship in nurturing the growth and success of our new staff members. We believe that providing mentorship opportunities not only benefits our employees by offering guidance, support, and professional development but also strengthens our company as a whole. Our induction process culminates with our comprehensive sign-off program, meticulously documenting the attainment of core competencies outlined in our training scheme. Beyond formalities, it serves as a platform for our staff to engage in meaningful discussions and collaboratively develop personalised Personal Development Plans, ensuring ongoing growth and learning.
