Our amazing staff are all recruited through a diligent selection process which includes a detailed face to face interview, DBS Check, two written reference checks and a full induction programme. All hired staff are required to possess the relevant range of qualifications, skills and experience that will ensure they deliver the highest standard of care and support.

Our staff are also trained to deliver the specific support in a way which maintains your rights to Dignity, Privacy, Choice and Respect. We also ensure that any staff that we send into a clients home are specifically handpicked to suit them and their needs. We also ensure that our client are fully involved in this process.
